Let’s start with the basics. 1 point is equivalent to 1 cent (US). For each item you purchase, you will receive 10% of the purchase cost. For example: a $25 purchase will get you 25 points, worth 25 cents. Points can be redeemed at anytime.

At checkout select the “apply discount” option at the top of the page and enter the amount you would like to redeem. The discount will be applied to the total cost of your purchase.

Uh oh! Sometimes we’ll encounter a site crash during flash sales due to bandwidth capacity being reached. If this happens, we will guarantee the sale price when placed on the back-order list. Contact support@bdplannerco.com for further assistance.

Items must be returned unused to be issued a full refund. Store credit is also available upon request.

The amount of time will vary based on your purchase. Subscription members will receive their package of designs sent directly to their email within a week of new release sales each month. Those purchasing designs directly will be able to download immediately after purchase.
